Language requirements

Language evidence is regulator-specific. Accepted tests, score rules and alternative evidence can change, so never reuse another country's requirement.

Competence exams/adaptation

Some regulators may require examinations, competence assessment or supervised adaptation depending on qualification route and assessment outcome.

Registration decision

A registration decision determines whether you can join the professional register and under what category or division. It is not an immigration approval.

Once you understand your registration status, target jobs that match the registration category and actual experience you can prove.

Immigration separately

Visa, work permission and sponsorship are immigration matters. An employer offer does not automatically create professional registration, and registration does not automatically create immigration permission.

Use regulator portals and official contact details. Be cautious of third parties promising guaranteed registration, exam waivers or jobs in exchange for large upfront payments.
